If you push up on the bottom rail the slats will come down and if you pull down on the bottom rail the slats will tilt up.

It's a great solution if you have children or pets or if you just don't want those dangling cords around the house.

The headrail is fairly slim so it will fit into most window frames. It's about one and a half inches wide.
