The warranty protection covers the original purchaser.

What is covered?
Any damage, for any reason is covered for up to two instances. Finish is covered for the life of the product, colorfastness is covered for three years. After the two repairs have been performed, don't worry, your shutters are still covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Limited Lifetime Warranty covers your shutters against original defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty protection and limited lifetime warranty are both activated upon the products being properly installed and accepted by the consumer. Repair and replacement will be at the company's sole discretion.

I ordered a large number of Wood Shutters for my home. The shutters are of excellent quality, look amazing, and definitely added value to my house. They came very well packaged and pre-assembled, and were very easy to install.
One issue I would like to mention, shipping time took four months (ordered beginning of July and received shutters at the end of October), I was not in hurry to receive the order, but if I was in a hurry (i.e. need them to sell my house, visitors...etc.), it might have been an issue.

We ordered 5 blinds and was very happy with the quality and precision when they arrived. The packaging was very well done. We did have a few slats broken and will be contacting blinds chalet hoping for replacements. The fit in the window was perfect. Make sure and put a straight edge the entire height of your window and check sizes at multiple locations. We had to sand some texture in the corners of the window opening, but that was our builders fault. The blinds came in as expected. We are going to order the remaining shutters for 2 more rooms since we are happy with what we received so far.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
