Blinds shipped about 2 weeks after order was placed and was received in good condition. They were well identified for each window. The quality and color met our expectations and we are pleased with them. It would have been helpful to include installation instructions with shipment.

I love the product and install is pretty easy. I bought 5 blinds and used 6 screws per blind. I have one blind left to hang and I have 1 screw! Cust service is sending more but I only used 6 total per blind and still was short. Shouldn't there be at least 8 per blind and maybe an extra in case you need it.

Love the blinds and the help desk that assisted me with placing my order. Because of our unique window situation we had a little difficulty installing, but it was not reflective in any way on the blinds. I would order again and will probably order more in the future.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
