Nice blinds, the first install was fine. The 2nd had a void between two windows. The valence dimension came in too short, so phoned back and they confirmed. In the interim my wife threw away the box, with the end valence pieces. The longer valence came, but wasn't beveled and came without the end pieces. The solution is to miter the ends of the new piece, and use the old piece to cut new end pieces, but this is a hassle and since it is winter here and the miter saw is in the outside garage it hasn't gotten done.

Very pleased with this purchase! I needed to replace only 2 blinds in my home and was thrilled to find the perfect match for my existing wood blinds with 2" tape. These were custom sizes but reasonably priced, arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I will definitely use Blinds Chalet again and recommend it to others.

The last set of blinds I just ordered were a bit different in color than the last sets I ordered (Rustic Java).

The last set of blinds I just ordered were a bit different in color than the last sets I ordered (Rustic Java). These were much lighter in color and had a reddish tone. One of the slats at the top was also chipped, but I didn't see the broken part in the box, so maybe it was chipped off prior to boxing up for shipment. The chipped blind is covered by my window treatment.

Installation was a breeze. Product was packed well for shipping. One of the five shades ordered was missing a mechanical piece that I was able to replace from a local hardware store. One of the shades did not have the cords wrapped as professional as the other four shades. The cords on this one shade appears to be just folded and tucked into the top of the shade with no thought for proper wrapping and tags.
