If anyone has ever dealt with 'Lowes' for their blinds, it's ridiculous. Blinds Chalet is great. The blinds exceed your expectations. (Less expensive too)
If I could offer any recommendations, it is a small item but, your PDF instructions photo's are a little washed out. I also had to discover the bracket opens after screwing into the window for the actual blind insertion. May be a 'Mr Obvious' item but being the first time, others may also benefit from knowing that simple step.

We ordered these blinds and within 10 days, they arrived! They look great and are functional as well. This is definitely a well-priced product that looks more expensive than it costs. The blinds are great at keeping sunlight out when you want to darken a room and they dress up windows well. They open, close, raise, and lower with ease.

30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
