I am always skeptical when I read reviews, but I am taking this time to tell you we ordered Faux Wood blinds from Blinds Chalet and are so pleased with the blinds and the time in which it took to get them. I bought the no-holes privacy, and I do not like how the blinds hang at the bottom as too much light comes in because the wood slats do not stay in place.

I bought the no-holes privacy, and I do not like how the blinds hang at the bottom as too much light comes in because the wood slats do not stay in place. I have also had a problem in trying to get the wands to match the blinds after making 3 calls for assistance. Overall though, the blinds look really nice.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
