Very nice, good quality. Very strong assembly and hanging device. Installation was okay,a bit trying for the two of us but over all it wasn't too bad,I mean these things aren't the easiest in the first place no matter where you get them and ours was six feet long.Very nice wood and looks great, just like the sample. :)

Very , very happy with product ,service and great instruction on how to install( harder than looks) but perfectly understandable, my husband installed, who does no handy work! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
