We bought these blinds a year and a half ago for our house that we built and loved them so much we just ordered them again for our vacation home. Very easy to measure and install. They look absolutely wonderful. Between both places we ordered 40 blinds and every single one looks and works great. Would definitely order them again, can't beat the price for the quality of these blinds.

Love them, Love them, they are truly classic and look fantastic. The only problem was that the cornice ends was not attached on several pieces. The one question I have is how do you clean them?

Arrived on time and as ordered. Happy with the product. Husband measured incorrectly so called customer service about the problem knowing it was our fault but trying to see if anything could be done about getting additional blinds. Was told they would contact factory for price adjustment for reorder in correct size and I would receive an email informing me of the adjusted price the following day. That was 2 weeks ago, no e-mail. Used the blinds in another room and they look great but really wanted to order replacement blinds with the discount customer service said we could get. Still waiting.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
