Chalet soft sheers will have a gap between the blind and the inside edge of you window. This gap will be up to 1/2 inches wide. This is due to the way the shade is manufactured and is not a defect. For general use this gap DOES NOT affect your blinds privacy ability, however it is Not eligible for warranty return.

Can you tell me how you clean the sheer shades?

You would want to use a vacuum attachment on the slats but you really want to be careful. The material is delicate. We don't suggest using any type of chemicals or getting them wet due to the dye running.

The shades are beautiful and it looks great in our bedroom. It fitted perfectly and was so easy to install. We also love the matching covering it has at the top. We are so happy with this product and will definitely recommend it.
