At Blinds Chalet we care about child safety and window coverings. The window blinds & shades at Blinds Chalet adhere to the current federal regulations and guidelines. We encourage all parents with existing window coverings to check that they adhere to the guidelines set by the Window Coverings Safety Council.

Blinds Chalet recommends cordless window coverings for young children's bedroom and play areas. Window coverings purchased before 2001 should be replaced or at a minimum retrofitted for child safety. To receive a window blind retrofit kit simply fill out the form below to receive your free reftrofit kit. Note: We can only send retrofit kits to the United States only.
