A beautiful five bedroom home in suburban Maryland features a number of attractive furnishings that make it exceptionally appealing to prospective hombuyers. The Gazette reports that this 10-year-old colonial boasts an impressive interior and an ideal location.

According to the news source, the main floor opens up with high ceilings and recessed lighting that immediately exudes a spacious feel. The kitchen is especially appealing as well, as it features oak cabinets, an island with a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances.

In addition to its open, well lit interior, the abode is also opened up by an large number of bay windows that are present throughout the house. These windows offer fantastic views of the landscape while also bathing much of the interior in a warming glow.

Homeowners who have bay windows of their own may be at a loss for what the appropriate window treatment is. Better Homes and Gardens reccomends hanging roller shades that are accented by a valance. Not only is this combination aesthetically pleasing, it can afford privacy when wanted and still provide a beautiful view.
