In many areas across the United States, this summer has been one of the hottest on record, and that has been especially true in Arizona. According to the news source, many of the vacationers are from different parts of the country and are unaccustomed to the climate. Experts recommend starting hikes as early as 6 or 7 a.m., before the harsh mid-day rays appear.
