We are super happy with our Pearl Ebony 1% sunscreen shades. My husband and I measured per online instructions from Blind Chalet website, my husband installed them solo. They fit perfectly and love the reverse roll verses the standard roll. They keep our sunroom cool & glare free. It took about a week to receive the blinds just as they it stated. Wish I did this sooner, now enjoying our summers in the sunroom.

We are very pleased with the 1/2" micro blinds we purchased. this Company is the only one I could find that still does the 1/2" slat width at an affordable price! They were a little tight getting them into the mounting brackets but I may have measured tight or rounded up to the nearest 1/8 or 1/16th but I was able to install anyway:-)

The 'top-down-bottom-up' shades we purchased from Blinds Chalet were the perfect option for our new, modern house. We have large windows, in a largely residential neighborhood, with great views, but way too easy for all of the neighbors to view us while inside the house. With these blinds, we are able to drop the top portion so that we can enjoy the view, and keep the bottom portion closed, thus ensuring our privacy at the same time. Plus, they look great. Very satisfied customer.

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
