My blinds are beautiful! I hired a handyman to hang them...as I watched him hang them I realized I could have done it myself! They were extremely easy to hang. They sent me the wrong headrail on one window, immediately they sent me the correct headrail. I have already reccommended Blinds Chalet!

My Husband and I moved in to our 2002 home in September of '08 were missing blinds in the guest room. I looked on several websites and found Blinds Chalet had the best prices. I bought this mini blind to replace one I bought for twice the price from a local window covering. It is high quality and was easy to install. The shipping was very fast, and free, which makes the low price even better (I have seen other online blind companies where the shipping costs more than the blind itself). If you are careful to measure correctly, and make sure that the corner brackets are level when you put them up (two extra hands helps) installing one of these blinds is a 15 minute job. This is a good company that I will buy from again.

I love my Zebra shades. They look perfect in my space. I love the look when they are closed, when they are in "zebra" position (very zen), and that I can easily lift them up all together and have unobstructed view. However, in my office, sun is very strong and beams right into my eye. I expected the shades to eliminate the discomfort. While, they are making it much better, it is still uncomfortable to work at my desk during that hour or two.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
