We recently purchased 5 sets of Bamboo Drapes for our Knotty Pine Sunroom. They look superb and warm the room up, we had them lined (being New England). We installed a 5th set on French entrance doors to give the room privacy (another bedroom) as well. They were easy to install and went up quickly.


Delivery was fast and the packaging was very well done in Urethane foam wrapping. We did have a small problem with one panel (One reinforcement hole rivit was inadvertantly missing) that was quickly replaced.
We are extremely happy with this purchase, it was a bit costly but your quality is outstanding and the discount you gave us made it palatable. We recently purchased a Lake home in New Hampshire and will need to decorate that soon, we will defiantly look at your products for there as well.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
