Cannot say enough about this company and the Customer Service, particularly Shannon. She was so helpful with my questions. She suggested I order fabric swatches which was really key as some were different from online. In addition, she suggested a fabric that I actually wound up choosing! Installation was easy. Highly recommend! They can support you every step of the process. Delivery was quick too even as a custom fabric! Well done!

Easy to install. The ropes seem to pull more on one side the the other an make the blind look puckered when in the open position. Maybe with more use it will loosen up some.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
