Due to state and country regulations our manufacturer output is on average 50%-75% of normal rates. Each individual product page is updated with current estimated production times and we’re updating those production times as new information becomes available. Customer service is excellent. Delivery time better than expected. Love the blinds. Suggestion for the manufacturer though. They should use a flat blind for the valance. It is very difficult to get the valance end pieces to fit well with the S shape. Also, on the left hand draw, the draw wand has to rest behind the blind in the closed position. The "S" should be reversed for the left hand draw.

The S-Curve blinds I received were beautiful. I chose them not for the S curve but the design on the blind. When I received the blinds I really was pleased with the privacy of the S blind.

They look and feel great! The vanes are a bit heavier than I expected, and the way they curved it really keeps the light out. These were for my mom and she was very pleased.

All remakes will have to be remade in the same color, feature and specifications, no changes are allowed.

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items.
