1. We love how nice it looks from the inside (not as glamorous from outside, but my husband is picky).
2. We LOVE how quiet and slowly it rolls back up!!
3. We love being able to see out (ish) without anyone seeing in
4. Sometimes you have to try a couple times to get it to catch right if you're trying to have the shade partially up (never taken more than 3-5 tries...usually it's 1-3)
5. Only major complaint - when our dogs play by the window and bump up against it, the shade will often close itself (making for some awkward instances in front of the picture window that faces the main road we live on). I just talked to customer service and they're going to check with the manufacturer to see if there's a hook or something we can use to keep it from self-closing...if not we'll figure something our ourselves.

We spent MONTHS trying to decide what we wanted and even with the headache of the shade closing on itself I'd still get the same one if I had to do it over (I just might do a different open/close option)

Love this product. 94 inches long and they were able to get a cassette cover on it. Very nice shade for a patio door.

The agents were very helpful. I wanted a cassette hood on it. It was 94 inches long. They called the manufacturer for me and were told it is ok to include the cassette hood on it. It looks great and works wonderful.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
