I was impressed with how quickly (within a week) the order arrived on these blinds. The quality of craftsmanship appear good so far from them being installed a few weeks ago but we will know better in a few years after much more use. Our only issue with them is that theybdo not completely sit tight on the window frame from the in-frame installation after double checking the installation and measurements. The length of shade should be a little longer so the blind will definitely rest completely on the bottom of the frame.

Decent blinds for the price not top-of-the-line but also not bottom of the barrel. Very easy to install. On my order I did have to make a change. And they were very pleasant to work with to make that change, however, if you have to change a size make sure you call right away. Because they make the blinds pretty fast after your order is submitted. Which I believe is a good thing because we got them pretty quick.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
