The custom logo graphic roller shades are crafted with very high quality materials. The graphic that was created turned out beautifully and kept the detail of the original image. The production team was very accessible and responsive. The roller shades were transported with a lot of cushioning and packaging and were delivered promptly once production had finished. I used a photo from my garden to make a custom shade to cover a large TV on the wall in my bedroom. Now when I lie in bed I see a beautiful, vibrant closeup of a honeybee on a daisy rather than an ugly TV. The shade is top quality. AND they provided two proofs and let me choose the one I preferred. Great customer service, great product. I highly recommend Blind Chalet.

I found the ordering process could be more clear and information could be more clear and consistent. Not all of the options I'd chosen were listed on the order confirmation but, after discussion with the customer service representative over the phone, I did receive what I wanted, although it was never fully detailed in the paperwork. The hardware and fabric both appear to be solid and durable, installation was straight forward and I expect to be using these for may years into the future. I've received many compliments on the high quality of the photo printing. I thought that 2-sided printing was an option but learned from customer service that it isn't.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
