My first experience with BLINDS CHALET was in September 2012 when I purchased 9 Classic 2" Faux Wood Blinds in Cherry color, various sizes. I'm not an on-line shopper but this was so easy! AND I love the look of my blinds. I watched your video re measuring (my dad always said "measure twice cut once")and gathered the courage to hit the send button on my computer with all my order information. Six years later I have redecorated and want white window coverings. I shopped around but came right back to Blinds Chalet - for quality and price. I'm looking forward to seeing my "Cordless white blinds in my windows. I was hoping your "blinds cleaner" was on sale but when I clicked onto that item the shipping price came up to more than the item, so guess I'll stick with my soft cloth and elbow grease method. Thank you Blinds Chalet!

All remakes will have to be remade in the same color, feature and specifications, no changes are allowed.

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items.
