This is the second time in 12 years that I have bought new blinds from Blind Chalet due to there great quality. The blinds fit perfect and are of very good quality. The only reason for the new purchase was because I remodeled the house and went with white blinds replacing the previous dark wood blinds. Everything is pretty simple. The only issue I had this time and apparently the last time is the screws provided. I used two different drills and one screw gun and a variety of Philips head bits and I could rarely get the screws to go into the wall without the drill bit spinning on the screw heads. The screw heads seem shallow and a smaller/thinner Philip-head. Hard for any normal Philips-head driver to get a good lasting grip. Plus the screw heads stick out which can make putting the headrails into the bracket a bit rough because they get stuck on the screws sticking out. I noticed when I put up the new blinds that I must have had the same issue with the old ones because there were a few of the original screws left but most had been replaced when I installed them with better quality screws. This was extremely frustrating. I would suggest tossing the screws provided in the trash and go buy a better quality flat head Philip-head screws to eliminate ALL of the frustration. Other that that, the blinds are absolutely beautiful.
