Great blind. Fit was perfect. Shipping was quick and efficient. Overall we are very pleased.

they look great and really complete the whole house

One of the 3 blinds was damaged during shipping with a cracked headrail, 2 of the 3 headrails were an 1/8" too long despite being a reorder using the previous dimensions. I managed to make it all work but was disappointed in the quality of the handrails which were thin plastic.

Very nice blinds. Easy installation. However blind length was too long. The bottom large rail sat on the windowsill with a slat on top of it. Because of that we could not get the bottom slat of the blind to close completely allowing you to see either out or in.

I am so incredibly impressed with the quality of these blinds. We had 20+ year old wood blinds that were in pretty bad shape and I have been procrastinating replacing them due to the high cost. I found Blind Chalet and thought I’d give it a try just for two windows. The blinds were delivered in just a few days after I ordered, they were packaged beautifully and the quality is fantastic! I was so impressed that I ordered them for four more windows! I highly recommend!
