This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I ordered these after seeing the company on Pinterest. The Communications from this company was perfect! I had to change the address they needed to ship to….it happened! The color, the quality, the product and hardware and easy installation, the packaging, and the customer service are all top notch!

I installed and it looks good except as you can see on the right side there is a problem with the string and it has a gap that can’t be fixed. Can you help or replace?
