I love my blinds. They fit the window exactly. I was hoping I could order from you one of the rods that open and close the blinds as one of mine was broken at the top where it hooks. Please let me know how I can go about replacing the broken rod.

The custom blinds arrived promptly in less than 3,weeks and they look fabulous!.. we had a problem with one of the blinds and customer service promptly replaced with a new blind and that one arrived in record speed!
