Love them, easy to install , look elegant!

Great blinds - the site was easy to use, including the advice to help me measure. When there was a question about my order, someone actually called to help me figure out the answer. My pug loves these blinds because I can raise the bottom so he can see out on the neighborhood's action, and I can raise the top to get some light, but leave the middle covered so the neighbors can't see our business. They came quickly too. I did not install them myself because I have so much going on so my contractor did it, but I'm sure I could have used my drill to do it if I'd needed to (although they might not have been as perfectly straight as my contractor doing it so I'm glad he did).

Love pleated shades. Makes your windows dresser but still casual. So glad to be able to pick patterns. Arrived as stated when ordered.

The lead time was a little longer than we would have liked, however, everything was as ordered. It fit perfectly and looks great. The location was a window in a metal outside door, needed to buy some metal screws, but once I got that figured out it went smoothly.

The shade was very easy to install. It fit perfectly into my window opening; great quality. I will definitely order this shade again.
