The fit and finish of the blinds are great. Very happy with the end result. My one issue is that the hardware, specifically the screws, seemed cheap. Easily stripped I ended up using my own hardware. Outside of that the blinds were to my specifications and the blind tensioner is a nice addition.

We tried using a local service and I was prepared to pay a little more for that. But it turned out to be 50% more so we went with Blinds Chalet. We are so please with the quality of the product and the ease of ordering. Getting the same brand and the same quality for a huge savings! Being able to get the samples quickly ahead of time so we could do the color matching and final selection made the process easy.

These shades work as advertised blocking the light and maintaining a dark room.
