I personally measured for these blinds & accidentally put the measurements for width & length backwards.I contacted customer service & they treated me better than any company i have ever dealt with in my life & I am almost 70 years old.They were super curtious, very professional & prompt. The blinds are absolutely fantastic as well. They are built well & are super easy to install. Thank you kindly
