I received what I ordered and what I expected. The only complaint I can register is that the included screws were far too long and the screwheads protrude too far to allow the shade to latch into the brackets. I had to drill the brackets and use cabinetemaker countersunk screws to avoid interference.
Ease of installation was rated "poor" due to this; installation is actually pretty simple.

We like the blinds. My only dissatisfaction was with the instructions for hanging them myself, which could be clearer. It took awhile to figure them out, but once that was done it was pretty easy to hang/install them.
