Blinds look nice once installed. Head rail is much wider than the blinds they replaced. Gauge of slats despite being 8 gauge seem much flimsier than our old blinds. Loose cut ends of strings left sticking up above the head rail, kind of sloppy manufacturing. Very good turn around time once ordered.

First of all, the ordering, shipping and delivery were all without a hitch and everything arrives undamaged. My honest opinion is that they could have put a little sturdier boxing and packing material around the blinds to protect them - but I can't argue with the fact they arrived here unscathed.

Their customer service responded promptly and professionally to an inquiry about shipping and delivery dates - class act!!!

There were absolutely NO missing parts with METAL hangers (inside window frame style) and their screws that they provided were solid GOOD hardware - not some of the garbage that I have seen with other blinds.

They also included a few extra top pieces of aluminum that cover the blind mechanism up top (sorry, no idea what those are called) - but it was nice of them to do so - because I mishandled one and bent it during installation and used one of the extras that they had provided...

All in all - the blinds are WELL MADE - and they provide a great service - It was worth the $ and seeing how receptive they were to fill me in on shipping and delivery dates, I suspect that their customer service is solid!!!

Blinds are beautiful. Customer service was excellent. Measurements of blinds and making of blinds were perfect. Very very satisfied with all phases of purchasing and receiving blinds.
