Great shade (top down bottom up option, interior mount) that worked in a very narrow depth. Fit as measured, although the small fee for measuring insurance was worth it to me for reassurance. Only warning is to be sure that hanging brackets are located where they will not interfere with the mechanisms located inside the top rail of the shade; otherwise, you can’t rest the outer front part of the shade on the bracket as intended and thus can’t click the shade into place. I learned this the hard way and had to reinstall the brackets in a different location, and even after re-checking the instructions did not see anything that warned you about this (it’s why I took one star off the ease of installation rating.)

The quality is at least as good, if not better than, the Hunter Douglas shades we had professionally installed. They were very easy to measure and install ourselves based on the directions Blinds Chalet provides. We really appreciate that Blinds Chalet carries the smaller cell shades. The prices are excellent. The only reason for the 4, rather than a 5 on appearance is that there were fewer color choices than with some competitors.

These are well made, properly sized and look fabulous! The double cells really give us insulation from the cold windows!

I ?? Blinds Chalet. I have used them exclusively throughout my house and it has worked in every setting. My most recent setting was for a patio door. It is working out perfect.

The product itself is beautiful and works well but even after consulting with customer service, the version I ordered does not work well in the space and will have to be replaced. I was so focused on measurements that I did not understand the ramification of the the other options, such as continuous loop versus cordless and the guarantee options. I paid extra for "measurement insurance" but did not see the "guarantee option insurance". Now that I have done it once I would not hesitate to order new blinds but sadly the ones that I did order will not work.
