The product itself is beautiful and works well but even after consulting with customer service, the version I ordered does not work well in the space and will have to be replaced. I was so focused on measurements that I did not understand the ramification of the the other options, such as continuous loop versus cordless and the guarantee options. I paid extra for "measurement insurance" but did not see the "guarantee option insurance". Now that I have done it once I would not hesitate to order new blinds but sadly the ones that I did order will not work.

The measurements were spot on. Very easy to install. Raising and lowering very easy and they look amazing..

Bought a pair of these shades to replace two Bali cordless that failed. Was able to match color perfectly. Shades seem to be great quality although fabric is not quite as heavy as the Bali, but not noticeable. Customer service was great, shipping fast, at about 1/3 the price of competitors.
