I recently ordered 15 custom aluminum blinds. I had no issues with the product or my measurements. The only complaint that I had was the measurement and label for each blind was placed on the outside of the box. I feel like a label should have been placed on each blind. Which left me trying figure out where everything goes. In the past I’ve had labels on the outside of the delivery box and ALSO on each blind. The labels that were on the outside of the boxes didn’t even match what was inside. Since I did have 15 items labeled blinds would have been EXTREMELY helpful. I will definitely order again. GREAT PRODUCT!

The blinds matched the sample I had requested. They were very well packaged for safe shipment and arrived within the the time frame indicated. Very easy to install. Very happy! Will definitely order from Blinds Chalet in the future.
