I was pleased with the blinds and ordered another set to match. Somehow my order got messed up and the blinds that arrived were a duplicate of the first order. I was lucky as I needed a new set in my downstairs bedroom so I was able to use them in another room.

Communication could have been better. I never received a confirmation of purchase after buying on-line so I had to inquiry about that and also had to inquire about an estimated build time.

Packaging was great, but despite that the operating wand on one blinds came with a broken hook so I had to drill the end out and then screw in a threaded metal hook I had to be able to operate the blind. They should not be shipped with the wand attached. It would be more convenient to have something to hold on to when lowering and raising the blind than just the thin bottom portion of the blind. Seems awkward to raise and pull down.
