Have made many purchases from Blinds Chalet over the years and have always been very satisfied with the service and quality of the products. This was the first time anything was wrong although extremely minor. The hold downs for the bottom of the mini blinds were missing from the original order but I called and they shipped them out immediately. I have always been more than satisfied with them.
