October is Window Blinds Safety Month. At Blinds Chalet we strive to educate others on the importance of safe window coverings. We offer several products throughout the year with free cordless and for those who already have window treatments, we offer free window blind retrofit kits. Free retrofit kits are for those who have blinds and shades with long pull cords. Pull cords are unsafe for children and pets. To help promote window blinds safety, we are offering three $100 Toys R Us Gift Cards. To enter simply follow the instructions below. We will announce the winners on October 18th. I eventually want all cordless shades in my house! One of your great employees showed them to me last week and I love them! I think all parents with young children should be interested. Not only are they safer, but they are so much easier! I wish I knew about them when we bought our house.

We would love to have cordless blinds once we move out of our basement apartment! We currently have curtains with a short cord that it quite high off the ground- there is no way our baby could reach any of them for a few more years.

After our twins were born we switched over to cordless blinds in our living room, and eliminated blinds altogether in the bedrooms- we only use curtains in there.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
