Sometimes, a homeowner can grow tired of an interior decorating scheme that may have run its course. The Toronto Star reports that one section of Toronto in particular has been providing residents with interesting and unique styles that many have chosen to implement in their house.

According to the news source, Little India offers a wealth of shops that provide vibrant colors for people that are interested in changing up the aesthetic of their abode. Store owners say that many of the people who shop there are not Indian, and just appreciate the aesthetic change of pace.

"I'd say 70 percent of my customers are not South Asian," store owner Trish Mahtani told the news outlet. "What they do have in common is that they love intense color and pattern and are looking for something a bit different."

Individuals who may want something bold and bright should consider hanging custom drapery from their windows. Along with providing an easy way to block sunlight and offer privacy, custom drapery gives homeowners the ability to choose whatever style and color they wish.
