The Blinds are absolutely beautiful. What a difference it makes to the home. The only problem was that my husband put the on in the winter. One day it was really beautiful out and decided to open the windows. Well guess what? My windows do not open. ooops!!!

I ordered for my 3 windows in the living room.The wards to control open and close them came in two different sizes. I have called and emailed them constantly to send me new ones that match. It’s been 3 months and they still haven’t sent them. I am happy with the blind but disappointed with customer service.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
