We've ordered all our window treatment from Blinds Chalet for our last three houses and have always been happy with the quick turnaround time, quality, customer service and pricing. I'm sure we will go to them for any future house as well! This Roman shade we ordered for our bathroom and it is perfect -- great quality & fit. We ordered it in white and it's quite light-filtering, which is what we wanted. One thing we didn't think about (and this is completely our fault) was that a Roman shade will block quite a bit of the window when it's open. For example, our window is 40" high and the inside-mounted shade covers the top 10" of the window. If you have a small window, think about getting an outside mount so you don't block out your view.

After inquiring with several stores, I decided to take my chances on buying shutters from Blind Chalet although some of the feed backs that I've read was not very impressive. It turned out that I made the right decision because I received an excellent finished product at a much lower price than other stores had to offer. My only complains were that it took a month before my order of 3 windows were delivered and it did not come with installation instructions. Had to check the website and was able to figure it out. Was very easy but since this is my first time I wasn't sure in the beginning.After that it was so simple. Need few more and will watch for the sale.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
