Installation: I installed my own blinds in Miami, FL! Carlos Miami, FL  Dec 20 2012 The blinds are lovely. The customer service was also exceptional. There were 2 missing parts (not critical ones) with the original package. One phone call, and we were sent parts, one of which was incorrect. Another phone call, and the correct parts were sent in a few days.-----with apologies. I was pleased with the attitude and care of the two young women responding to my requests.

Should have ordered the wand instead of the cord, too many holes in the wall. I measured as recommended but my blinds were about 1/4 inch too long, a little dissapointed about that. Overall a good deal.
