Great for the cold winters & hot summers of Wisconsin. We definitely use the shades for heat management in addition to privacy. Install is easy and a small window can be done by one person for sure. For larger windows, I like to have a helper even thought it's not strictly necessary. I got the white, which is great for letting livingrooms be bright but not sunny in the summer. The quality has changed over the years so they are a bit less strong than the shades I ordered many years ago, but they are still sturdy enough for a household of adults.

The blinds were the wrong color. I ordered alabaster and they were shipped with dark taupe rails and gray fabric. In addition, the mounting system does not work with my window jambs and there was no way to discern that prior to ordering.

Blinds are great. Easy to assemble. The instructions could have been a little more detailed and also in bigger print. Difficult to read them. Would definitely recommend theses blinds to anyone.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
