John Fort Worth, TX  Sep 9 2012 We ordered the subject shades, and while they arrived in a timely fashion, and looked very good,they did not have the rollease (continuous) system we ordered. So, after a week of determining who messed up (the manufacturer), we shipped the blinds off to have them fitted with the correct lift mechanism. This review request comes a little early, as the fixed blinds have yet to come back (1 week since arrival at manufacturer's site). So, I still don't really know how they fit, or ease of installation. They looked like they wouldn't be too hard to put up (5 blinds total). The BlindsChalet people we're reasonably responsive and we're easy to reach. So, I'm still hopeful of an excellent outcome.
