It came in 2 sections but nothing to connect the two in the middle. The panels get caught where they tracks connect because they don't match up "perfectly" and there was nothing given to us to connect the tracks to ensure easy sliding of the panels. Is there something you can provide us to correct this?

They were super easy to install, and glide up and down smooth as butter. I measured incorrectly the first time and had to re-order, but that was completely my fault. I got a discount on the second shade, which was nice.

I am also planning on replacing a few more blinds I bought through a different company. I love that they don't have the faux wood texture on them- they are smooth. The measurements were exact and the trim piece looks great too.
