I was then able to install all of them (6) pretty quickly with no bad surprises. All the blinds look very nice. I will definitely work with blindschalet again !

We have, and will continue to, recommend your company without hesitation. My only suggestion is to make it more evident that you cut the blinds 1/2 inch smaller than the measurement given. In one of our orders, the person doing the measuring on our side deducted a 1/2 inch for the same reason that you do, and so they were shorter than we would have liked. They still work though, and again, we are extremely happy with both the product; the turn time on delivery; the price, and your customer service. 5 stars!

This last shipment you even labeled the boxes so we knew which room to put them in. Love that!! The only caution I would give is to advise future customers that you do cut them 1/2 shorter than requested. That's good when the person measuring the windows doesn't also take that 'industry norm' into consideration. They still fit fine though. Just a tiny bit short, width wise. Your prices are fabulous, they are delivered lightening fast, and the quality is excellent. It's even easy to get a person on the phone for customer service, in fact...shocker....a person answers the phone!!! Amazing! 5 stars all the way around. Thanks so much!

BC was very accommodating and no-hassle about getting the order corrected. The new shade arrived promptly. Customer Service is terrific, and that's important to me. The look and quality of the shade are great, especially for the price. I really have no negative comments!

I sleep much better without my neighbor's light shining on my face. Installation was fairly easy, and following the measuring guidelines, everything fits perfect.

Matthew Dallas, TX  Jul 24 2009 I measured exactly how this site told me to and got near-perfect fitting shades for four floor-to-ceiling windows and one kitchen window. After looking at the design for a minute, installation was extremely easy. I even went back to dismount a shade and add another support in the middle, and that went without a hitch also. They look great and keep my main room much cooler than with metal blinds, while letting in a lot of natural light with more privacy than I though possible. I'll definitely be using Blinds Chalet when I finish the rest of the house. The only mistake I made was not using blackout shades for the windows facing the tv. Hopefully, the measurements will work out right and I can switch them out with my next order.
