The valance is a nicely added feature, and easy to assemble. Shipment was on time, and tracking number was provided. I'm happy and satisfied with purchase. I knew prior the purchase that the blind will be flat, but if money is not an issue, I'd pay a little bit more for the textured wood panel. Still, this ain't bad at all.

We did NOT receive the written or visual directions, but one quick phone call and the customer service rep. showed us how to get those off the internet website. The directions were a little hard to follow and my husband is an engineer, so you might want to improve the installation instructions offered with the product. The faux blinds themselves are great--they look wonderful and are a great value for the price. You just need to have someone better writing and drawing the directions for the installation. Still, your phone customer service people were super fast in solving the problem and very polite. I would not hold this against your firm and would purchase again in the future.
