I ordered blinds for 3 rooms in my home from blind chalet, was pleased with each order with the quality and workmanship of all the blinds..... I ordered one room of blinds from blinds.com and i must say what a huge difference in quality and workmanship... with the order from blinds.com .. pieces were missing such as one of the valance, and one stick broke off immediately when removed from the packaging...then after only one month of use one of the pull cords unraveled and broke..... would never recommend ordering anything from blinds.com..... best pic is blind chalet

We love our new shades! (14% Sunleras) We live in a hundred - year - old house and our dining room windows are original to our house. They open outwards and for years we resisted the impulse to open them to catch the breeze and let the fresh air in because of flies, mosquitoes, etc. Now we can open them, still see the garden out back, but don't have the wildlife in the house!

I ordered over the phone to ensure I bought the right blind to match a set in which one of the blinds was ruined. The Customer Service rep was extremely helpful, sent me samples so I could select a color match, and understood the measurement numbers on the existing damaged blind so I would get the exact same size and type of blind. Upon receipt the blind was perfect, packed very well, and is well made. I'm a happy customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
