After the published turn time passed (and I hadn't heard anything from you) I had to call and find out status. 2) The hardware and instructions for mounting the cornice-style cover was inadequate. Installation: I installed my own blinds in Austin, TX! Bill Austin, TX  Dec 6 2012 Ordered two blinds, one 46.5x46.5, and the other 71x58. Good communications regarding product shipping, and arriving as stated. They look great, and very easy to install. Took me 1.5 hours to install 2 blinds. Couple issues with the 71x58: 1. The 71x58 blinds top metal plate has a dent in the middle. However, since there's a moulding that covers it up, I let this go. 2. The 71x58 blinds is very heavy, I need to pull real hard for the blinds to go 75% up, and need another hand to push the blinds up 100%.

My husband put them up and the only hitch was that he needed flat-head screws in order to make the blinds slide back far enough in the top hinge to make it click into place. Other than that, they were easy to install.

One of the valences was cracked, but it was easily repaired with a little glue. It wasn't clear how the valences would attach on the blinds mounted as "inside mount", so I used my own brackets which might not be an option for some people. Also, the cloth tapes are worth the extra expense.
