Although we had a problem with one of the five, a call to customer service resulted in a replacement shade sent to us in a timely fashion. Customer service was great! I saved a BUNCH by going with Blinds Chalet instead of another quote that was more than 100% what we paid. One observation, blinds can tend to have too much glue causing it to show through the front. That was part of our issue which was rectified. You won't be disappointed with this company or their product!

I needed to replace my two-inch wooden blinds in my kitchen and wanted them to match all of the other blinds in my home. However, (a) I did not want to pay a lot of money and (b) because they were in my kitchen and right next to my stove, they would need to be cleaned often. These blinds fit the bill, and I am very happy with my purchase. I cannot tell the difference between these faux wood blinds and my other real wood blinds.
