Looks very good but louver breaks very easily at top right at the hanging point where the louver connects to the carrier stamp. Needs reinforcement of some kinds at the top for each louver.

One *giant* problem with these blinds. The blinds themselves are too heavy for the clips that hold them in place. If the blinds are bumped or pulled on at all - which will happen naturally as you open and close them, and ESPECIALLY if you have pets or kids - they'll rip right off the clips. I've had them for just 4 months or so, and about 1/3 of my blinds are now attached with duct tape. The blinds do look nice, and are installed easily. I'm very disappointed in this design flaw.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
