These are the most wonderful blinds I could have purchased! I purchased the very same blinds and could not remember where I purchased them from. I looked on the blind and thank goodness there was a logo sticker on the blinds from Blinds Chalet. I then called the company as I couldn't find my account. I had used a different email address and we got that all figured out and was able to make a new account and place a new order with the very same blinds that I ordered in the past for different windows. I am so pleased with my blinds. Thank you Blinds Chalet. I am such a happy customer!

Did not have time to order samples, thus color a little lighter from color shown on site... disappointed there was not a tilt "wand" but rather cords, could not find in specifics as to whether wand or cord would be used...wanted outside cornice valances, not available with this blind, otherwise satisfied.

Nice blinds and fairly easy to install. The magnets on crown molding valances are not strong enough. The valances keep falling.
Would order 6 more but only get a deal for 4 so will shop around.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
