I purchased blinds twice from your company. Could not be more please with my first purchased.On my second order, I must have been placed with a different suppler. The valance that was sent with the blinds were not the same as the ones that came with my first order. Laguna is the name of the valance. No picture was with the blinds when I ordered them. If so, I would not have ordered them. I am well please with my blinds, just wasn't expecting a different valance. I chatted with a person from blinds chalet and wanted to exchange the laguna valance for the valance I previously received. She said that I would have to purchase the valance at a price of $75.00 each. I could have bought more blinds and got the valance free for that price!

These are quality blinds. I researched for a few weeks then decided to take a chance and it payed off. Online chat was helpful. The quality vs price is the best I found. I ordered samples so they matched perfectly to my existing wood. I ordered 8 and none were damaged. Would order again.

Ordered 6 blinds. Perfect fit for my inside mounts. Rich colors. Blinds are easily removable if needed, because you screw in small clips/holders then snap in the actual blinds. My toddler got a hold of the strings but nothing broke so it's very durable. I researched 5 big online blinds sellers over 2 months before deciding to buy them here. This place was the best quality for the money. Just measure your windows like they direct--don't "estimate" or skip measuring a part of the window. 1/8" counts.

We had 2 valances that were cracked in shipment and no outside mount bottom fasteners were sent. I immediately reported the problems, took pictures and sent them on the day we received the blinds. The customer service rep was very courteous and said she'd contact the factory right away to get the items replaced.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
